Renovation questions
Can you remove a load-bearing wall?
Yes. A structural engineer designs the support, building control inspects it, and you get a completion certificate. Read knocking through: what's involved in removing a wall.
What if I want to change something once work has started?
That's fine. We'll explain what the change involves and agree any effect on price and timing with you before we go ahead. Every change is recorded on a signed variation form, so it's clear what's been agreed. That protects both you and us.
How do payments work?
With your quote, you'll receive a work schedule and a payment schedule, explaining which stage payments are due and when. We'll talk you through both before you sign anything.
