What are the stages of a new build?

Can you work from my architect's drawings?
Yes. We're happy to work from your existing drawings or alongside your architect.
Are you insured?
Yes. Maidanbuild Homes Limited carries £10 million public liability insurance. We're happy to show you the certificate.
How long will it take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the house, the construction method and the time of year, so we give you a realistic programme for your project.
